We offer an expanded 100-hour Level 1 training that teaches the basic principles/essential exercises of Lagree Method and combines theory, observation, and practical experience to prepare students to lead a basic, open-level Lagree Fitness class.

Joy is relentless in her passion for building strong bodies, minds, and lives. She’s the woman behind KOMO Studio, the only Official Lagree Fitness Master Trainer Founded/Owned studio in Hawaii. She trained with the best in Los Angeles in 2015, and since then, her energetic teaching style, magnetic personality, and ability to lead and inspire have built a loyal following wherever she goes.
