Lagree Fitness is a full-body, high-intensity low impact, core, muscular strength, and muscular endurance training method. We offer an expanded 100-hour Level 1 training that teaches the basic principles/essential exercises of Lagree Method and combines theory, observation, and practical experience to prepare students to lead a basic, open-level Lagree Fitness class.

About Your Master Trainer, Joy Bitonio
Joy is relentless in her passion for building strong bodies, minds, and lives. In addition to being the Founder/Owner of KOMO Studio, she is an Official Lagree Fitness Master Trainer and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Since 2015, her energetic teaching style, magnetic personality, and ability to lead and inspire have built a loyal following wherever she goes.
LEVEL 1 TEACHER TRAINING INCLUDES:
